DESCRIPTION
• Make telephone sales calls to targeted leads
for growing entertainment and event planning company
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries
• Enter sales contacts into a web-based customer database
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management
information
• Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective sales
contacts
• Monitor, record, and report on sales activities
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact
towards achieving sales goals.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers
• Attend meetings with management
• Primarily daytime telephone sales
EXPECTATIONS
• Have own computer with high-speed internet
connection
• Possess internet surfing experience
• Computer skills – ability to enter contacts in a web-based
database
• Check email 2x-3x per day
• Have separate phone line with features: Call Waiting, 3-Way Calling,
Voice Mail
and Distinctive Ring number, and Call Router.
• Good telephone communicator
• Able to demonstrate success and experience in managing business contacts
• Self-motivated
• Results oriented with a positive outlook
• Adhere to safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment
• Reliable
• Well presented and businesslike
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability

face painting on kids, teens, adults
• Work locations – a variety of places around southeast Michigan
• Work weekends with flexible schedule, not required to work every
weekend
• Job sites: include Jeepers, festivals and parties
• Free training
• Seasonal position (summer)
